NETSERVICE Inc. improve the quality of their Voice Over Internet Protocol service through an Omnisource Technologies project

NETSERVICE, a North American telecommunications company, has improved the quality of its customer services by implementing a customized version of Tool Command Language & Currency software developed by Omnisource Technologies for international VOIP calls. The new software and its implementation were provided by Omnisource Romania, the IT consulting and services division of Omnisource Technologies Inc.
Following the implementation of the new software and the enlargement of the customer relations team, the new system will provide users with customized language and currency access to billing information, call list history and other details about their account.
“This project uses the whole volume of skills acquired by Omnisource Technologies in telecommunication and VOIP services organisations”, said David Dafinoiu, Vice-President for Omnisource in New York. “NETSERVICE is a great partner that is especially interested in the quality of services, therefore this project has a huge importance to our activity in the telecommunications industry”, added Mr Dafinoiu.
The platform supplied by Omnisource Technologies is flexible and can be extended and adapted to serve a larger number of more complex requests and calls received by the call centre as NETSERVICE’s customer database increases. Also, the system enables the user to prepare custom reports & statistics, depending on individuals’ needs.
