Press release – Hassan awdi VS Romania at ICSID World Bank.

 On 30-03-2015 Curierul national wrote an article about Hassan awdi victory on Romania at ICSID World Bank and about the penal files in Romania. In This press release Hassan awdi will correct certain wrong information given to the Romanian public.

1-     Hassan awdi claim on Romania was never 575 mil. Euros .  It was 223 mil. Euro la data de 6 septembrie 2008 (data rezilierii contractului de concesiune),  OR  216 milioane euro la data de 30 iunie 2009 (data executării garanţiei). Romania’s lawyers "Leaua & Asociatii" are misinforming the Romanian public to justify their 11-12 million euros fees. The arbitrators chose 6 September 2008 and awarded hassan awdi 11 million euros-and counting from 223 million euros and not 575 million euros. The 11 million euros will grow with interests till it is paid.

2-    ICSID files on the average are 2 years, and cost 1 to 3 million euros and are strictly about investments. But Romania lawyers and Prosecutor Giorgiana Hosu had made it almost a penal arbitrations. Almost 80 % of the ICSID file had all the lies of Giorgiana Hosu penal fabrications that had made the process 5 years and made Romania pay almost 12 million Euros as legal fees. At the end, ICSID rejected all the penal accusations that were fabricated by Diicot and rewarded Hassan awdi 11 million euros. One of the reasons that I did not get all the money requested was the confiscated documents of the investments. In June in 2010 Giorgiana Hosu had ordered almost 250 policemen to confiscate all Awdi Group and Hassan awdi personal documents. This was done without due process but ICSID ordered Romania to give me back all the documents. However, in reality Diicot after resistance had only gave them back partially and all that all the important ones were hidden or destroyed by Dan Hosu ( had full access as  Diicot is the hosu SRL) ,  the policemen the prosecutors, and the liquidators who sold them for recycling .  My victory is that all the penal files of Diicot were judged in ICSID and were all rejected because for 5 years Romania’s lawyers could not convince the ICSID arbitrators of Giorgiana Hosu lies.  I won 11 million euros and counting. 

3-    Romania’s lawyers Leaua and Asociati are advising Romania wrong about the ICSID decision that it is not definitive. It is definitive. What is true, is that Romania’s lawyers can make tricks and only delay its executions a short period. They want to continue with the game of more legal fee  money from Romania. ICSID decisions are final and every delay of execution is more losses for Romania.  This fake message to the media that Romania won 98 % is false. Romania lost 100 % because all penal charges of Diicot were thrown out, Romania must pay hassan awdi 11 million – and counting, Romania paid its lawyers 11-12 million euros, Romania’s image is destroyed internationally in front of investors – Losses are in billions of euros, and Romania must execute the sentence because it is issued by the World Bank from where Romania get its financial credit ratings and borrow money.

4-    About the 8 years sentences in CFR mesagerie  SA  on Hassan awdi . All CFR messageries file accusations were presented in ICSID and were rejected. The sentencing on Nov 27 2014 were intended to influence the ICSID arbitrators, but  the plan had failed.  Judge Daniela Panioglu of the appeals court of Bucharest was obliged by law to justify her sentence by Dec. 27 2014 , but till this date is not made.  Why?  The following things the Romania public must know : ICSID rejected all the accusations, I have a court sentence from  Jud. Sect 1 Buch.  in 2009 that I am not guilty,  I have many documents From ANAF that shows that there is no Tax evasion were ever made  in CFR messagerie sa while it was under my management which contradict 100 % judge  Daniela Panioglu. On the contrary , I have many documents to show my innocence and to show that I was a cover up that confirm that CFR Calatorie SA directors between 2002 – Dec 2004 had looted almost 9 million euros and made tax evasion and money laundering before the privatization. Giorgina Hosu and judge Daniela Panioglu had acted to cover the  for Euroinsol – Remus Borza _ judge elena Roventa for the  tens of millions of euros that were stolen from CFR mesaagerie sa and for the  millions of euros in Tax evasion and money laundering .  The liquidator Remus Borza ,  the arrested judge Roventa Elena and Giorgiana Hosu husband criminal Mafia had covered up for the lootings  .  I had made several claims but DNA , CSM and ANAF had refused to investigate because they were written in English as ANAF director had notified me.

5-    The Interpol, The Euro police and other international organizations are not toys in the hands of corrupt prosecutors and judges from Romania.   Interpol had for many years big experience with corrupt countries and dictators and cannot automatically execute the prosecutors’ orders and corrupt court decisions from Romania. Now Romania, has a chance through DNA and CSM to investigate all my claims and put all my files in the hands of clean prosecutors and judges.  I am not above the Romanian law, but no one in Romania also is, and I am not the slave of  Romania’s corrupt prosecutors ( Giorgiana Hosu …etc )  and judges ( Daniela Panioglu …etc ) where  I have enough evidence on them to show that they are professional criminals and Mafia bosses . More, The Lebanese government had requested from Romania the court decision of CFR messagerie sa , the court supporting documents, and the court justifications . But Judge Daniela Panioglu did not write them till now when the law gave her only 30 days till Dec. 27 2014.  

6-    Rodipet SA.  Dan hosu  The husband of Prosecutor Giorgiana Hosu and his 6-7 policemen still have debt of almost 200000 euros  till this day to pay to Rodipet.  Rodipet rental incomes and advertising income for nationalized ( by DIICOT ) 1500 kiosks and 48 properties were 95 % looted in the black market since Jan 2010 by the liquidator Consulta, Cornel Florea, UIfelanu vasile, Giorgiana Hosu , Ionel tudosan, Iovo dumitru , some directors of AVAS  ,  ANAF representatives in the insolvency file and by the arrested Judge Mircea Moldovan . If the Minimum income is 150 Euros monthly x 12 months x 5 years is equal to almost 13-14 million euros. But Consulta , cornel Florea , Giorgiana Hosu and the arrested judge Mircea Moldovan had registered in the insolvency procedures only 200000 euros or a bit more. Where is the rest?  DNA, CSM, ANAF and the new insolvency judge still refuse to investigate all my claims for this theft and this huge tax evasion and money laundering .  All the penal files of Diicot , every accusations , the invented “mecanism de tip suveică” were  rejected by ICSID and were  confirmed to be legitimate commercial transactions of 450 accountants , directors and lawyers .

7-    Prosecutor giorgiana Hosu had invented by lies a tax evasion of  35.5 million euros to justify  her lies and the lootings of Rodipet and awdi group companies  and is trying now with an expert Cristian Bejinaru Valeriu known for his criminal records to make this number 120 -130 million euros.  Again, all the charges of Diicot since 2010 were in ICSID and were rejected , and instead I was awarded 11 million euros  and counting.

8-    Prosecutor Giorgiana Hosu want desperately to be confirmed as Diicot boss by continuing her years of lies to the Romanians. In Giorgiana Hosu professional carrier that call as her high achievements for her  most important cases of   prosecutions ,  She had  made Romania loose and damage its image internationally because all what she  did was fabricated .  In the case of Beraru în cazul CICO Romania lost in CEDO in a very bad way .  In Rompetrol- Dinu patriuciu  Romania lost in ICSID . And , in all Hassan awdi   4 fabricated files , Romania had lost in ICSID world bank and must compensate  hassan awdi  11 million Euros. If CSM confirm Giorgiana Hosu  as the Boss of Diicot , then good luck to Romania clean justice and good luck for foreign investors .  

9-    Finally ,

I ask DNA, CSM, and ANAF to reinvestigate properly all my penal files and to resend all court decisions to be re-judged correctly again.I ask DNA, CSM, ANAF and the new insolvency judge of CFR messageries SA to remove  liquidator Euroinsol – Remus Borza – Arrested Judge Roventa elena , to order a legal and financial investigation about the assets , and the money from 2006 till now .I ask DNA,  ANAF  to investigate the looting of public money and millions of euros of tax evasion and money laundering in CFR Calatorie SA  before the privatization of CFR messageries SA.I ask  DNA, CSM,  ANAF, and the new insolvency judge of Rodipet sa ( Network Press ) to remove the liquidator Consulta , Cornel Florea, Uifelanu Vasile , arrested judge Mircea Moldovan, to Order a legal and financial investigation about the assets , and the rental income  money from Jan 2010  till now . I also ask ANAF to replace the team handling Rodipet in insolvency since 2010.Prosecutor Giorgiana Hosu and the mafia of her husband Dan Hosu had pushed me out of Romanian in August 2009. All Awdi Group companies were judiciary expropriated by corrupt prosecutors, judges, and liquidators. I ask Romania to investigate this and I am ready with my other investors to mediate amicably for legal, just and reasonable compensation. I am willing to cooperate with DNA  or with any legal representative of Romania to solve all our investments issues in Romania without going to ICSID .  I respect Romanians and I wish Romania well but I want  our investments back and we want fair justice .
