RCI Holding Strengthens Its M&A Advisory Capabilities with the Addition of Energy Policy Lab

RCI Holding announces the expansion of its M&A practice within its financial solutions and advisory service pillar through the addition of Energy Policy Lab, a leading advisory firm specialising in energy policy, stakeholder engagement, regulatory analysis, and strategic consulting.

The integration of Energy Policy Lab strengthens RCI Holding’s ability to support mergers and acquisitions from start to finish, covering due diligence, market analysis, regulatory compliance, negotiation and stakeholder management, strategic advisory, and deal structuring.

Energy Policy Lab brings a strong track record in M&A projects, with experience covering more than 3,000 MW of projects across a regional footprint and a diverse technology mix, including wind, photovoltaic (PV), and battery energy storage systems (BESS).

The newly established company is led by Valentina Ivan, Equity and Managing Partner, an experienced energy policy analyst with more than 20 years of work in monitoring and assessing regulatory and market models in the European power sector. Her background includes leading policy dialogue with government counterparts at national, regional, and local levels, as well as research collaborations with public bodies, reputable think tanks, and environmental organisations.
