Mihaela Toader appointed Equity Partner and CEO of Relians, part of RCI Holding

Starting March 2026, Mihaela Toader will be an Equity Partner and assume the role of Chief Executive Officer of Relians, where she currently serves as Chief Expansion and Strategic Planning Officer.

With more than 25 years of experience in the design and implementation of externally financed programs and financial instruments, Mihaela Toader brings deep expertise in investment planning, strategic coordination, and institutional capacity building at both national and regional levels.

Between 2013 and 2020, she played a central role in shaping Romania’s programmatic framework for the management of European Structural and Investment Funds. From 2017 onward, she coordinated the management authorities for key operational programs, including Large Infrastructure, Human Capital, Competitiveness, and Technical Assistance, within the Ministry of European Funds. During the same period, she also managed technical assistance provided by International Financial Institutions, serving as President of the JEREMIE Investment Committee.

Since joining RCI Holding, Mihaela Toader has led technical assistance projects across multiple sectors, representing the company in national and international consortia, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring knowledge transfer and capacity development for public and private clients. In November 2025, the technical assistance and EU funds advisory practices were integrated into Relians, further strengthening the company’s strategic positioning and growth potential.

Relians enters this next phase following a transition period led by Livioara Sujdea, who served as interim CEO during the completion of the merger project between RCI financial solutions and Relians. With over 28 years of experience in the energy sector, including 17 years in executive leadership, Livioara Sujdea played a key role in corporate reorganization, post‑merger integration, and business optimization, significantly strengthening the group’s financial and operational pillars. She will remain with the company until April 2026 to ensure a smooth handover.
