RELIANS Welcomes Livioara Șujdea as New Chief Executive Officer

Iasi, Romania – February 14, 2025 – RELIANS, a distinguished member of the RCI Holding, proudly announces the appointment of Livioara Șujdea as its new Chief Executive Officer. With a robust career spanning over 27 years of experience in the energy field, of which 16 years in top management positions, Livioara brings extensive experience in corporate reorganization, mergers and post-merger integration, business optimization, regulation, transformation processes, operational excellence, change management and performance management. Her in-depth knowledge of reorganization and integration processes, business model optimization, and business efficiency, combined with extensive experience in leadership, positions her to leverage the new context as a framework for capitalizing on the knowledge and lessons learned.

Livioara expressed her enthusiasm for joining RELIANS, stating, "After almost three decades in large energy corporations, I am excited to join a reputable organization, renowned for its achievements in all development and infrastructure sectors in Romania, and the region, particularly in consultancy for accessing financing opportunities.
