Alina Iancu brings over two decades of HR leadership experience to RCI Holding, having held major roles in both global and local organizations such as Adidas, Filip and Company, Societe Generale Global Solution Centre Romania, Xerox, and Oracle. Her expertise spans HR transformations, talent development, and fostering high-performance cultures. Alina holds a deep commitment to leveraging coaching methodologies to drive personal and professional growth, aligning perfectly with RCI Holding’s vision for organizational excellence.
