In her new role Mrs. Constantin will be responsible for overseeing project implementation, expanding the company’s business portfolio, and strengthening partnerships with key industry stakeholders. She will also play a pivotal role in driving organizational efficiency, advancing innovation, and spearheading the company’s commitment to sustainable and clean energy solutions. Additionally, she will lead the development of a mentorship program aimed at fostering the next generation of energy leaders within the RCI Holding ecosystem.

She has successfully led large-scale projects, built and motivated high-performing teams, and navigated complex regulatory landscapes to drive business success.
